My first live music video! The beautiful acoustic version of Icarus is here to hear... and now see!!!! Click below to keep reading... Recording at fuseroom with the gang  On a Thursday at the end of November, in a beautiful studio in the East of Berlin, magic happened! We recorded
2 acoustic songs and 2 live music videos, the first of which you are seeing today! "Icarus," which some may know from my recent EP FIRE was the second of the songs we recorded that day. It originated as a song for voice and guitar long before the lovely electronic arrangement, so it was pretty easy to choose this song to bring back into the world in an acoustic version. Sergey and Kasia Melnik joined Alberto and Valeria of Fuseroom to round out our team for the day as our film makers. We recorded the songs first, and then went back and recorded the videos.... so I guess they are half live, since technically I am singing with my own recorded track... but shhhh.... I won't tell if you don't. ;-) It was a super exciting and rewarding experience. I was of course exhausted by the end of the day, but it's incredible to watch something you envisioned and planned materialize as a real thing! I hope you enjoy!
